Hello, everyone.
On Thursday my sister-in-law, Stacy, and I flew to Idaho to visit my mom. All the sisters-in-law got together and had a wonderful time hanging out with Mom—even though it was a short visit this time she was SO happy. The way airlines are cancelling flights right and left I guess we are pretty lucky that we didn’t have any travel problems. I loved every minute of the weekend—well, maybe I didn’t love the snow part. But it wasn’t that bad and I’m already back home, soaking up the sunshine.

Here at the shop we are cutting fabric like mad, getting ready for Road to California. We are filling our show bins with 1-yard cuts of our best and newest fabrics. As always the batiks will be discounted. We can’t wait to see you! Remember tickets will be available at the shop thru next Saturday only. I leave for Road to California on Sunday and the tickets to go with me. Tickets are $19 each and payment is cash only.
Our Annual Yard Sale is coming up on February 5 (time to be determined.) That’s when we offer you bundles of all the odd pieces of bolt ends and project scraps we’ve saved over the past year. We also go through bolts on the floor and sell any fabric we received before a certain date. This sale is always popular and goes FAST. There is no time to mess around with credit cards or checks, so go to the ATM first. This one is cash only.
Then, we’ll be open on Sunday, February 13 just for our Game Day Sale with 20% off (just about) everything in the store. We’ll be open from 10-2 pm so that we can all get home in time to watch the Super Bowl.
It seems that love is in the air! Evelia put up a new display for Valentine's Day. Patterns, fabric, kits...whimsical, romantic or just plain pretty.
Don't forget we are "sale-ing" while supplies last: all of our Christmas fabric and kits are 25% off, pendants are 50% off and gemstone strands are 35% off.
Read on to see What's Happening and What's New. As always, happy quilting and beading to all of you.
