Editor's Note: I have been trying to send myself a "test" copy for several hours so that I can proof and check the links. Not happening! Thank you, cyberspace. Anyway, my apologies for anything I've missed--seeing it the way it arrives in the mailbox really does help me catch errors.

Hi, Everyone.
As I write this I’m sitting in Santa Fe, New Mexico on my way to the Rusty Barn Quilt, Craft and Sewing Festival at the Arapaho Fairgrounds in the Denver area. I know a lot of you live out there and I’d love to see you. If you can make the time, you won’t regret it! I’m in booths 105-107.  See the ad below in What’s Happening for a link to their newsletter—you’ll find a link to coupons for all kinds of things, including discounted show entry.
Fabrics poured in by the truckload last week—the poor UPS drivers are back there blowing their horns for us to open the alley door all day long. As the world comes back to life the fabric houses are catching up with all of our delayed orders. The shipments that were scheduled for May and June are arriving right along with the ones that were scheduled for July and August. That means a lot of new fabrics for all of us to fondle. Some of them are in What’s New below, and one of the lines (Aquatic Stempunkery) has a kit, too. We are restocking lots of blenders, too, so you can really set the stage for all the great prints. It’s a great time to come see us.
Speaking of coming to see us, when I return from Colorado, we’ll start setting up for the Southern California Quilters Run--it starts next Thursday! Can you believe it’s that time again already? Each shop has a different garden theme and you’re going to just love ours. We’ve worked really hard on this--so have all the shops. We all very much appreciate the support that you’ve given us and know that without you we wouldn’t be here.
Plans for the Southern California Bead Hop are well underway and you can pre-register this year. See the link below in What’s Happening. If you pre-register, you’ll receive a special charm and your passport will be ready for you. Letty’s daughter will be doing our Make-it take-it project--a darling pair of chain earrings. As soon as we get the samples made we’ll share it with you.
I love the display Letty put together over on the bead counter featuring items in the Color Trends 2021 choices. Here's what Pantone has to say about the colors of the year: "Illuminating yellow is a “bright and cheerful yellow sparkling with vivacity, a warming yellow shade imbued with solar power” while Ultimate Grey is like “the colors of pebbles on the beach and natural elements.” Together, the colors give a message of happiness supported by fortitude.
Don't forget to check out the Zoom classes Theresa is offering. She's got dates up for the next couple of months. It’s fun to take a class in your own workspace! And for those of you longing to be back in the classroom, we are working on it....
Happy quilting and beading, everyone--I hope to see you soon!

Dance in Paris
Immerse yourself in the energy and sophistication of Paris with the newest collection by Zen Chic for Moda.  Okay. Every color was too pretty to pass up, so we bought the whole collection--and you might want them all, too! For a taste of each, we also have Charms and Jelly rolls.

Dance in Paris is inspired by the romance, fashion, and atmosphere of the City of Lights with abstract patterns in soft pinks, greens, navies, and grays.

This wonderful blender print has scattered points of light.

Several of the prints have touches of metal.
