Here's a link to our on-line shop.

Hi, everyone.
I hope you were all happy and safe on the 4th of July. My holiday was very different this year. I simply stayed home, sewed a Christmas quilt, watched the fireworks at night then went to bed. Although it was wonderful to have a day to myself, I surely do miss my grandkids...
Retreat Update: everyone has responded to let us know what you'd like to do. For those of you who have decided to save your deposit for next year and are purchasing kits, Evelia, Letti and I are busy putting them together. Thank you so much for your support and getting a kit.
So far, the Quilt Run is still on. Please check the Southern California Quilt Run website for all the current details. We have made kits for our super cute spider block—the pattern is free for runners and kits will be available for purchase. We will be decorating our back room sometime this week—I can’t wait! You know how much I love Halloween! But, traditionally, July is when we start our Christmas gift giving projects and lots of Christmas fabrics have already arrived. So, we’ll be featuring those in our display, also.
Rose Mary demonstrated the Easy Knotter tool in our Live FaceBook Event this morning. You can see the knotter below—it’s available in the shop and through our website. This Friday at 9:30 a.m. I’ll be sharing some of my favorite sewing and quilting tools. Be sure to check it out!

appy quilting and beading, everyone. We can't wait to see you!

We have all 27 prints in this new collection of rich, elegant fabrics from Windham called Pottery. It is the first collection designed by Dale Allen-Rowse, aka the Quilting Cowboy. From Dale: "Pottery was inspired by nostalgia for my childhood in Canada in the 70s. I remember the art objects we had around the home and things that made me feel inspired, even as a kid."
