Game Day Sale on Sunday!

Monica's Message
A Message from Monica

Helen and her winning quiltHi, Everyone!
Well! Road to California was quite a show. Everyone LOVED Carol’s new Aunties Two patterns using 2 1/4 inch single sided strips of foam to make a rug or a purse. Her Poppins and Little Poppins bags are still going strong, too. Our booth was packed the whole time. It was hard to chat with everyone because we were so slammed and I want to thank each and every one of you for your continuing support. Even though I didn’t get to spend much time with you, I was so happy you all stopped by to say hi.
My good friend, Helen Anderson, won first place for her beautiful appliqué quilt. She is a snowbird from Santa Rosa-- I always stay with her when I go up to the great Moonlight Quilters show in June. Helen worked on her quilt in the shop last winter. As you can see, she is an extraordinary appliqué artist.
I leave early Wednesday morning with Miguel and Jean for the Rusty Barn show at the Fairgrounds in Phoenix, Thursday through Saturday. We hope to see all of our friends in the area this weekend. Miguel and Jean will drive home Saturday night to be in the shop on Sunday at 10:00 for our huge game day sale. I will head on down to Tucson Saturday night for the gem show to pick up lots of new and fun things for all you Bead Addicts. Hopefully I’ll be home by the following Saturday to help Miguel break down the Hemet show. Wow! What a life! Lol.
We'll open an hour early and close an hour early this Sunday--come in, grab 20% off just about everything and get home in time to see the Super Bowl. Whether your team wins or not, you'll feel great about all the money you saved! See What's Happening below for all the details.
We have great classes every day of the week. Click here for the 1st Quarter 2019 newsletter and here to see all of our classes. We offer over 100 classes every quarter on both sides of the store! From beginner to expert, from traditional to contemporary--we have something for everyone. Please don't register on line a day or two before a class date--we can't always update the site to keep up with activity at the shop. Call us and we can register you over the phone if there is room in the class. Thanks for your understanding!
Read on to see What's Happening, What's New and to learn more about our sewing and jewelry making classes.

Hope to see you at the store soon!
